DRIVER'S LICENCE AND AGE LIMITS
For groups B, C, D, E and N minimum age requirement is 21 with at least one year of valid driving licence. Groups G, H, M and J 25 years of minimum age with 2 years of valid driving licence is required. For group I, 3 years of driving licence and 27 years of age are the minimum requirements.

RENTAL PERIOD
Rental periods are calculated on a 24 hour basis.

LONG TERM RENTALS
For long term rentals special economical rates are applicable. Please contact our offices for further details about rental rates and conditions.

WHAT IS INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED IN THE RATES
Rates are inclusive of unlimited free kilometres, costs of lubrication and technical maintenance. Petrol and mandatory Value Added Tax at the rate of 18 % are on customer's account.Vehicles are delivered with a full tank, and are expected to be returned back full. Otherwise, a service charge will be applied to refill.

ONE WAY RENTALS
One-way fees will apply regardless of the rental length in the event of the vehicle is returned to a different location.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
In order to have additional person(s) drive the car along with the original renter, the details of their driving licence(s) must be registered in the rental agreement at the time of issuing contract. Otherwise all insurance coverage become void and both the renter and the additional driver(s) will be held fully responsible legally and financially for any and all damages and losses to Avis's property as well as to third parties. An additional fee is charged for each driver on per day basis other than the original renter.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP
Free delivery and pick-up service is available within city borders during office working hours. Service fee is charged for deliveries and pick-ups to and from places where our offices not exist. Calculation is made referring to the distanve of the delivery lovation to our nearest office.For service fees and further details, please contact our offices.

DELAYED RETURN
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed return time, 1/3 of the daily rental rate is charged for every excess hour. If the delay is exceeded by 3 hours, the full day rental rate is charged.

INSURANCES
It is a must for us that the renters are fully insured by the way law orders and to make insurance offers according to the customers requirements. Different than many other rent-a-car companies our rental rates include the most essantial insurance packs. Those insurence packs contain the Third Party Liability Insurance and the basic standart Collision Damage Waiver.The coverage of these packs can be enlarged referring to customer requests upon extra charged offers. 

PAYMENT
Full payment is required by one of the major credit cards e.g. the Diners Card, American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Master Card and Access at the time of rental. Cash payments are accepted as Turkish Liras, Euros, US Dollars or English Pounds.

TRAFFIC FINES
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.

AIRPORT SURCHARGE
Surcharge is applied at deliveries to airport for short term rentals.

IMPORTANT NOTES
In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site. The accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarmary station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid. For further and detailed information, please consult our offices.In case of a breakdown or any emergency need, call either our nearest office or one of our 24 hour operational service station numbers stated in the contract, so that you would be provided 24 Hours On Road Emergency Service.
