THE COMPANY PROFILE
CLASSICAL TOURS started its activities in 1995 as an A Group Travel Agency in Alanya after getting the administration license registered with number A-2980 given by The Culture & Tourism Ministry of Turkey . In the beginning, the company started giving local services only in Alanya. In the following years, the company followed the applications for its pre-defined and planned growing policies. As a result of growing policies, by activating branch offices in different districts of Antalya Region ( Turkish Riviera ) its organization is enlarged to cover all area from Kemer to Gazipasa. Recently the company is working on enlarging its organization to the other regions of Turkey . The first step of this process is done by activating a branch office in capital city Ankara in order to have an active role of giving services in Central Anatolia . The next steps are planned as having offices in Istanbul and Aegean Region of Turkey.
The main concept of our services is to give local destination management services for our partner foreign tour operators, especially active in West and Central European Markets. Besides, our services are provided also for Turkish Tourists from North Cyprus and Turkish Domestic Market. For the international and domestic tourists we serve all kinds of accommodation, transportation, catering, assistance services. Assistance services are carried by our multilingual experienced staff being aware of the responsibilities of their important mission. In the local regions, daily animation, adventure, cultural excursions are offered, also long cultural trips with overnights, such as Anatolia Rounds, Pamukkale, Cappadocia, Ephesus, Istanbul …etc. are organized. All the excursions are leaded by professional and experienced tourist guides in order to provide best information services to the guests who are participating.
The company is aiming to contain a variety of different services in order to be a complete travel agency & tour operator. Besides destination management, in our head and branch offices international and domestic flight tickets are provided, outgoing package tours are offered, Alanya-Cyprus ferry connections are operated, travel insurance packages are offered, informative documents such as brochures, maps are delivered.
The growing policies of the company include applying processes to be integrated to different fields of the tourism sector in order to maintain a strong position. As a result, the company has an own Rent-A-Car fleet consisting of all new model vehicles. The company already activated investments to form a bus fleet for tourism transportation. Recently the management of the company is seeking some opportunities for starting investments in hotel management business.
The company is dedicated to be aware of the changes in tourism sector and technologies related. Referring to the increase of internet usage and online reservations the company became more interested in online internet marketing especially for domestic Turkish Market. At the moment a new web portal www.tatilacentam.com (myholidayagent.com) is being constructed and very soon will be activated under the operation of the company. Practically reaching to every region, every city, every people physically by branch offices is almost impossible considering the realistic economical facts, but by using the benefits of internet, via the new web portals, the company is aiming to conduct its services to a wide range of potential customers which may be a click away.
THE COMPANY VISION
The company has been growing since the first day, but not in an aggressive way. The management of the company is aware of the difference between growing and being fat. Being fat is fast, but unhealthy, on the other hand growing is slow but healthy. The company follows the healthy way. The targets for growing are set, and the steps to reach the targets are determined carefully considering every detail
